My claims representative is rude and almost every word out of her mouth has been a lie very unperfessonal from day one but this is the only one that has been this rude everyone else has gone out of there way to help me get in contact with her manager but so far still hasnt been resolved she has a claim on her desk from July 29 an still hasnt contacted police to resolve this now Im spending up to 40000 to repair my truck that td has wrote off and will be filing in court buy the 15th of December to resolve this matter I can be contacted at 902-919-**** thank you Hugh smith

Never got to even asking my question. TD answering machine goes round-and-round and gets nowhere at the end.
